Sounio Summer House
A deserted beachfront property in the area of Sounio was turned into a private complex of residences with spacious common areas, extended balconies, an indoor pool that opens up to the garden, seven bungalows and landscape blending with the local earth surroundings and leading to the beach. ECC carried out all works, ranging from excavations and retaining walls down to the finest construction detail such as all custom millwork.
