Scalani Residences

By the picturesque village of Scalani, lies a seven-hectare estate of vineyards and olive trees which is the base of the Boutaris winery. Additionally, the estate includes a building which had originally been used to house the winery staff and later on ad hoc guests.

ECC was awarded all the required construction works to completely transform the building into three independent luxury residences.

Our team undertook all construction works to completely revamp the old, tired building into a fresh environment for the guests, at the same time
respecting the old materials and blending them together with the new architectural features.
