Residence in Koukaki
A deserted 100-year old house was brought back to life. The new design combined respect to the existing elements (such as internal wooden doors and staircase) with interior design ingenuity. All three levels and the internal courtyard were transformed into an oasis in the center of Athens.
ECC carried out all works ranging from structural reinforecements to the finest architectural detail.
