Arch. Design: Konstantinos Papadimitrakopoulos – Kledora

The property was originally built in the historic area of Keramikos, in the center of Athens in the late 1930s. ECC undertook the renovation of the building and its conversion to a contemporary property suiting the upcoming neighborhood requirements (see also ‘Gallery in Keramikos’).

The first floor became a sleek office space with a fresh design combining the traditional elements of the buildings with the modern architectural look. The terrace was upgraded and utilized as a recreation area overlooking directly to the ancient Acropolis-Parthenon monument.
