Grande Bretagne Hotel

One of the most iconic building in Greece, the Grande Bretagne Hotel, underwent a full-scale refurbishment and our team was responsible for the coordination of all designs and the execution of all the works.

Working with established international design firms and following strict technical guidelines by the hotel operator, we completed the renovation of the building by restoring many of its previous unique features and adding new elements that combine luxury with comfort.

Apart from the daily challenge of coordinating hundreds of workers on a difficult work site, worth-mentioning works during the project include the exterior façade restoration, the retention of one of the building façades during works in the internal structure, the suspended glass ceiling construction above the spa swimming pool, various exceptional marble constructions and detailed construction in the presidential and royal suites.

The result of the renovation was the unanimous acknowledgement that the hotel regained its historic luxury and prestige. Countless awards since the renovation also testify to this unique transformation.
