We engage in construction projects in three different ways:

Project Management:

  • we undertake the whole project organization
  • coordinate the various designs put together tender documents
  • evaluate offers
  • work closely with the team of the general contractor
  • supervise the project technically actively monitor its progress until the final handover and operation by the user, always according to the client's best interest.

Construction Management:

  • we follow the progress if the project on a daily basis, with
  • experienced on-site engineers and foremen
  • direct specialist contractors
  • place orders for owner's supplied materials
  • check measurements
  • execute payments certificates.

General Contracting:

  • we undertake the whole responsibility of executing and financing the project
  • co-operate with a wide range of experienced and expert subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the best result to the owner.
